Fallon Sherrock clinched a thrilling draw against former world champion Glen Durrant on her Premier League Darts debut.
Sherrock became the first female player to appear in the Premier League on Thursday night and held Durrant to a 6-6 draw in Nottingham.
The 25-year-old created history in December by becoming the first woman to beat a man at the PDC World Championship.
Sherrock beat Ted Evetts and former Champions League winner Mensur Suljovic before losing to Chris Dobey in the last 32 at the Alexandra Palace in London.
Despite not being picked for this season’s Premier League, Sherrock was named as one of nine ‘challengers’ to take part in the tournament.
After the first six legs were won on throw, Sherrock broke three-time BDO world champion Durrant in the seventh leg to go 4-3 up.
Despite missing multiple darts at doubles, Durrant fought back to win the final two legs and secure a 6-6 draw against Sherrock.
IT’S A DRAW!!!
Great resolve from Glen Durrant to force the draw from 6-4 down, but it’s still a brilliant performance from Fallon Sherrock on her Premier League Challenger appearance!

Sherrock, 25, said: ‘It was so great to be up on the big stage again. I loved every minute of it.’
Durrant added: ‘All credit goes to Fallon. It was a great match and she deserves to have the opportunity to play in the Premier League.’
Earlier in the evening, reigning world champion Peter Wright drew 6-6 with Gary Anderson.
