Ben Feldman Opens Up On America Ferrera Leaving 'Superstore'



Actor Ben Feldman is becoming the king of workplace TV shows, first on Mad Men and now on Superstore. Celebrity Page caught up with the star for today's one-on-one.


Ben shares in his interview with our Jaymes Vaughan:

"We're just excited to have somewhere to go during the day and to be needed and to work and to be able to do what we love."

Superstore is back. NBC's top-rated comedy is returning with all new timely episodes, making many references to COVID-19. With the show set at a big-box store this season turning into a celebration of essential workers.

"They became these front line heroes, so I think it's really important that we tell their story and that we try to do it accurately as best as we can while being super funny."

The show marks its 100th episode while also saying goodbye to Ben's on-screen romance with love interest America Ferrera who decided to leave the series after its 6th season.

"She was an incredible part of the show and an incredible friend, smart and talented."

Despite all the changes, Ben just hopes the show can provide comfort to fans.

"I do think we're at a place right now where we're ready to see our lives reflected back to us on TV in a way that makes light of it and allows you to laugh at how ridiculous the situation is."
