A man was fatally shot Tuesday in the Compton area.
Homicide detectives were sent to the 400 block of West Alondra Boulevard about 10:55 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The man, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect information was released.
