Ever since Scott Emberton (Tom Roberts) in Coronation Street turned up at the Rovers, Johnny Connor’s (Richard Hawley) life has gotten worse by the day.
Johnny is currently riddled with guilt after discovering the person he run over during a dodgy crime job with Scott had died. Unable to deal with how it was making him feel, Johnny asked Jenny (Sally Ann Matthews) for a divorce ahead of what he thinks is his inevitable prison sentence.
But one thing that’s also gotten worse over the last few months is Johnny’s MS, and with his court hearing soon, could his MS change the way things play out?
As Johnny continues to try and shut Jenny out ahead of his sentencing, she’s worried to discover his eyesight is failing.
Jenny asks Imran (Charlie De Melo) to postpone Johnny’s sentencing due to his health, but Imran confirms it’s not serious enough to be granted a delay.
Jenny’s gutted when Johnny’s nurse diagnoses an MS relapse but admits there’s no reason for him not to attend court.
With Johnny’s hearing ahead, will his illness eventually impact how long he may go to prison for?
